To assist our patients in reaching their therapy goals we accept most insurance plans. We have a great self-pay plan that is affordable and gives you more flexibility and freedom to choose the Physical Therapy treatment that fits you best.

We are In-Network with most Private Insurance Plans, Medicare Part B, Medicare Replacements Plans, State funded Medicaid Plans, Workers Compensation Programs, and Auto Insurance Plans.

If you are unsure if your insurance plan covers Physical Therapy with or without a referral from a physician, please call the Customer Service number on the back of your insurance card or contact our office for more information on our self-pay rates.
